I had an amazing stay at a hidden gem in Baiao. Despite a few minor inconveniences like hard beds and a shower leak, the breathtaking views of the Douro river made up for it. The modern glass fronted building with floor to ceiling windows allowed me to enjoy the scenery regardless of the weather. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the locally produced lemon jam was absolutely delicious. The premises were clean and comfortable, except for the beds. Despite these small issues, I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a fantastic experience at Quinta Das Quintas & Spa.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location on a hilly farm, overlooking the beautiful Duoro River, provided us with stunning views all day long. We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, a comfortable sitting area, terrace, and dining table. We also enjoyed the patio and garden furniture, which allowed us to relax outdoors. Everything in the room was well-maintained and clean, and we appreciated the free toiletries and fully-equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils. The flat-screen TV and parquet floors added a touch of elegance to the overall ambience.

The views from the pool area were stunning, and we loved the fact that the pool was filled with salt water instead of chlorine. the staff were extremely friendly and even left a little surprise in our room for our special occasion. the breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of options.

The cleanliness of some areas was not up to par, especially under the beds and in some of the bathrooms. some of the furniture around the pool area was starting to look a bit rundown.

Nestled in a picturesque setting, this hotel offers splendid views of the river. Located minutes away from the nearest train station, it offers easy access for travellers. Enjoy the wrap-around veranda and floor-to-ceiling glass windows in the spacious living and dining area while savoring a delicious homecooked meal. The staff is attentive and helpful, making the stay even more comfortable. Indulge in a relaxing swim in the pool amidst a beautiful farm or take a stroll around the property while admiring the fruit trees. However, the beds might not suit everyone's preferences.

We had a fantastic family stay at Quinta Das Quintas. The views were absolutely stunning, and the location, although a bit isolated, was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The breakfast was delicious and the communal areas were very nice. The well-maintained garden with lemon and orange trees added to the charm of the place. The family apartment had all the facilities we needed, and our children loved feeding the animals and exploring the gardens. The spa was amazing and the staff and owners were friendly and helpful. a relaxing and value-for-money experience.

Enjoyed the great views from the property's stunning location. Loved that the premises were clean and comfortable. The delicious locally produced products were a plus!

The entrance to Spa was not included in the price of the rooms, rooms weren't cleaned every day, and the bed was hard, making it difficult to sleep. The lack of proper maintenance and cleaning of the estate created hazards, such as dangerous flooring and fans blowing things inappropriately.

Glorious place, aromatic trees, entertaining facilities, interesting creatures, great Spa, steal at 5€.

our christmas party at quinta das quintas was unforgettable! the stunning river view from casa da eira, the well-kept quinta with its charming animals, and the delicious breakfast served to our room made our stay exceptional. the dinner for only 20 euros was a delightful surprise. we can't wait to come back!
